Refund policy

Bond Refunds
We require a refundable bond for all equipment rentals. The bond is returned in full once all items are collected in good condition. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return inspection.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations on the day of booking are non-refundable.

Damages or Missing Items
If an item is returned damaged or missing, partial or full bond deductions may apply. Charges are assessed based on the item’s condition and replacement value.
